Jolonda Harris-Ashby (CEO, BSHCA, CPC) has 25 years within the Healthcare arena as a Billing Supervisor, Project Management, SME (Subject Matter Expert) in claims processing, coding, billing, auditing, administrative standard operating procedures, Medicare, Medicaid, and all third-party payers. Mrs. Harris-Ashby has a proven record of accomplishment with physician education. She is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society. She is a Community Activist, Motivational Speaker, and Literary Manager as well as organizes community events. Mrs. Harris-Ashby’s future goal is to incorporate and partner with other non-profit foundations to provide scholarships and assistance to families who lost their children to gun violence.

Estina L. Harris (M.S.- QIDP, QDDP, QMHP-A) has 24 Years of experience with Co-Occurring Disorders, several years of experience working for prisons, federal detention centers, working for Davidson County Drug Court under the supervision of Judge Seth Norman, Davidson County Drug Treatment Task Force, and Clinical Supervisor Nann Casey, LADAC, QC5. Ten plus years of therapeutic reporting to Judges, Probation Officers, and other officers of the court as required. Ms. Harris is an Addictions Professional & Administrator that has been working in the Helping Profession for over 16 years. In her career, she has counseled women, men, and children. She currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director at a Behavioral Healthcare Facility with persons that have Developmental Disabilities. Teena has been a motivational speaker in several forums & she shares her knowledge to assist those seeking emotional healing.

Janae M. Brown

Janae M. Brown (M.A.) has 7 Years of experience managing and aiding within the Social Services arena including Financial Aid Counselor for Hampton University and the Department of Human Services for the cities of Hampton and Norfolk. Ms. Brown’s Case Management duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed within the DHS federal and state-funded programs.

Shamira Ervin

Shamira Ervin (CCS, CPC, CPC-I) owns Guru of Coding, LLC; as a coding instructor which offers AAPC’s CPC Curriculum to prepare students for the CPC exam.

Shamira serves H&A Med Consultants, LLC as a Lead Trainer, and Consultant. She has over 10 years of experience in coding and over 5 years in tutoring, mentoring, and instructing. Shamira is passionate about the coding industry and prides herself on assisting others in securing their future.
